Turbodog Yoga

Transform fear and overwhelm into empowerment and inspiration.

There is much suffering, destruction, and violence in our world today. Have you ever wondered how to keep your heart open when you’re afraid it will break? Do you ever feel confused, or even powerless to make a difference in your life or in the world around you?

Please join us for this ceremonial journey into empowered connection and inspiration. When we lose our fear of fear, nothing can stop us!

Spend two afternoons in sacred circle and community guided by Kathleen Rude, a shamanic healer, ceremonial leader and environmentalist. Based in the wisdom and mystery of many spiritual traditions, in deep ecology and in loving relationship with Earth, this ceremony will revitalize your heart, mind and spirit. You will leave feeling empowered to make a difference in your life and in the world, to be a part of healing the Hoop of the Peoples with joy and gratitude.
